Refund and Return Policy
Because most of our products are made to order, printed, personalized, or customized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on those items unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-personalized and non-customized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a production issue, contact us at support@customizedcollective.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.
Personalized, customized, printed-on-demand, final sale, gift card, and used items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected, or after a damage/defect claim is approved.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, incorrect, or have a production issue. If you need help with an exchange, contact us at support@customizedcollective.com and we will assist you with the exchange process.
